When I got my iPhone it Yahoo and Gmail added all my folders but it was my Hotmail accounts that didn't add the folders. On both instances I call MSN the first time and with my iPhone I called Apple and MSN. Both times they passed the buck to the other person. With my BJ2 MSN said it was Yahoo, the iPhone they said it was MSN and MSN said it was Apple.
